Report: Lawrence Frank to be Fired in Days (What Are They Waiting For?)

Yahoo! Sports reports that Nets coach Lawrence Frank will be fired within days. Most likely the firing will come after the Lakers matchup at the end of this west coast road trip. Why not just fire his ass now? Regardless of if the team wins tonight, he'll get canned. Just get that crap over with. The report points to GM Kiki Vandeweghe as the replacement coach.

I say, fire his ass now, bring back Byron Scott to coach the Nets, sign Allen Iverson. At this point, there's no move that's a wrong move. Oh and trade away Josh Boone, that might help, since he's useless. [Yahoo! Sports]

Byron Scott was fired by the Hornets after a 3-6 start according to ESPN.

Mets Finally Fire Someone

Mets VP for player development Tony Bernazard [right in picture above] has been fired, multiple sources with ties to the organization confirmed to the Daily News. The move is expected to be made official at a press conference at Citi Field this afternoon.
