Rumors say that this is a French ad for the iPad, a touchscreen tablet that will be available (according to the ad) in Spring of this year. Looks pretty cool and it has resembles to the invite for the event on Wednesday. But all that could very well have been made up.

I just hope it isn't named iPad.
