Gawker Running Out of Things to Be Unnecessarily Snarky About

Check out this "story" (one of about 394 from today [4/2] alone) on Gawker (click for enlargement - it's short enough). So here's basically what the story says: A reporter at the G-20 Economic Summit asked President Obama whether his meetings represent a break from President Bush's policies. Obama's response was that he never accompanied President Bush at these meetings (obviously) and therefore couldn't really say so. However, he does want to "lead by example" and "show some element of humility."
Newsworthy? I'll let you be the judge. (No, it's not.) But I guess Gawker's Owen Thomas must have been close to a deadline or something, so he thought spicing up the first thing he saw on MSNBC with exclamation points and sarcasm would be good enough. Well THAT worked!!
I mean, Obama repudiating Bush policies without saying Bush's name? Unheard of! If only Obama had already written about this position on foreign policy in his last book! Oh well, maybe next time. (See what I did there? I used exclamation points and sarcasm, right after I complained about usi -- oh, you get it.)
