The Dark Knight is out on DVD and Blu-Ray in many different versions. The Blu-Ray has some cool stuff in it including making your commentary to pass along to friends. Totally worth it! (If you have Blu-Ray)
You can get the regular Blu-Ray and DVD Special Edition version anywhere, but for a little bit more you can get some cool stuff. The single disc DVD version is NOT WORTH GETTING. Put out the extra cash and get some cool stuff. Here's the breakdown of the many different editions for this awesome movie.
- Amazon is selling a limited edition w/ Batpod model and 3 disc Blu-Ray. They also have the regular Blu-Ray, DVD and DVD Special Edition versions. This also comes with a digital copy of the movie in the case and on amazon unboxed (2 free downloads, unlimited online streaming til January)
- Target has a Blu-Ray edition with a Batman mask case. (Only available in stores) Here's what it looks like.
- Best Buy has a couple of cool editions with the Blu-Ray. Beside the Batpod edition, they also sell the Blu-Ray version with the Batman mask model and a clown mask model. They also have the special edition with the Batman mask and the clown mask. They also have a joker model for 10 bucks.
