Carmelo Anthony Posts 33 in a Quarter
Melo tied a record set by George Gervin for points in a quarter. Anthony scored 33 points in the 3rd quarter last night against the Timberwolves. He also broke the franchise record of 32 set by David Thompson. That's some nice company. Anthony ended the night with a season high 45 points as Denver knocked off Minnesota 116-105.
