This is the Bra Dryer. It does exactly what you think. Apparently, air or blow drying isn't good enough, so you need this gadget.
I guess when it's not in use, you can use it as a piece of artwork (it comes in white too!). No one will know that you use it to dry your bras. It's just a mesh design of a woman's bust (with fans).
Bra Dryer idea was conceived in 2006 by our friend Katy, who likes her bras but finds frustrating drying them in conventional ways. Ordinarily we dry bras in these three ways:
- Air dry (on a line or on a towel),
- In a tumble dryer, and
- With a hair dryer.
Katy found that air dry takes too long, and cups that have padding get wrinkled; drying a bra in a tumble dryer can completely ruin padding and wiring in a bra by high temperature and friction with other pieces of clothing, even if you use a protective bag; drying a bra with a hair dryer is does not have the former drawbacks but still takes time, plus you got to do it manually.
Katy thought that it would be great to have a device that would:
- Dry bras fast,
- Maintain their shape and protect wiring and padding, and
- Not take your own time (as when using a hair dryer).
