LeBron James, Kevin Garnett, Dwight Howard, Dwayne Wade and Allen Iverson have been named starters in All-Star Balloting for the East.
Surprising that KG and AI are in. Where is Devin Harris??? I guess that's what happens when you play for the Nets, you are forgotten.
At least voters got it pretty much right in the West. Kobe Bryant, Chris Paul, Tim Duncan, Amare Stoudemire and Yao Ming will start.
As of January 8th, T-Mac was in the running over Chris Paul. Thank goodness New Orleans fans stepped up. Also, Zach Randolph is playing great, too bad he plays on the Clippers and everyone forgets about him just like Devin Harris.
I think maybe coaches or David Stern should have some say in this whole voters choose thing. Especially because we use the term all-star to show how good a player is. Just because they get voted in doesn't mean they are necessarily good. Yi Jianlian came in a close third place among East Coast forwards. Coaches and/or David Stern should have some sort of override button here.
