Michael Phelps tried apparently tried to buy off this picture of him using a bong. Yep, I'm guessing this is the end of his swimming career. Here's the fun part though, the picture is questionable at best. He could have easily denied the charge instead of trying to buy off the picture. Oh well, this whole swimming thing was just a fad for the Olympics anyway. [News of the World]
