Yes, yet again. Google Labs latest project, Multiple Inboxes, allows you to keep open searches on the right, above or below your inbox. So, you could keep a inbox search of emails that have an attachment or your drafts or is starred or has a label. Sooooooo many options. Gmail just keeps getting better and better...
It's easy to set up, enable it in Google labs and then under settings you'll see an option for multiple inboxes. There you can set up whatever searches you want displayed in your other inboxes. [Image from Lifehacker]
