Andy Pettitte has turned down an offer made by the Yankees for 1 year, $10 million. Last year, the Yanks paid Pettitte $16 million. Negotiations aren't quite over yet as Brian Cashman was quoted in the New York Daily News that the Yanks wanted him back and that Pettitte wanted to play again. Pettitte had also told the NY Times that he wanted to come back to the Yankees. [NY Times]
