A Korean woman has been apparently entering Japan illegally by bypassing the fingerprint security system by sticking a piece of duct tape to her fingers while being scanned at the airports. The security system cost about $64 Million. The woman was deported in 2007 and wasn't allowed to return for five years. Japan's security folks believe other people have done the same thing.
