According to ESPN, the Philadelphia District Attorney says they will not be able to proceed with charges against the Indianapolis Colts' Marvin Harrison regarding an April shooting incident that resulted in three people being injured. The D.A. says that the witnesses are unreliable.
Well that's one gun case out the window for the NFL.
The Philly D.A. could file future felony gun charges against Harrison regardless of whether or not Harrison was the man to pull the trigger because it was his gun.
