Okay, I'm a fan of peanut butter M&M's but this just sound and looks disgusting. Strawberry and Peanut Butter? I suspect Transformers will be making people sick and it won't be from blur of cars changing to alien robots.Apparently this is the promo candy for the second Transformers movie coming out later this year. Transforming animated candy does not look appetizing or cute.
The Snickers ad which features animated superstar Bumblebee isn't as bad. You can't exactly make out that it's Bumblebee but at least its edible. [Transformers Live]
Yecch! I agree with you about the M&M's. But if it's Strawberry Jelly and Peanut Butter, Mm-mm. Tasty. Just like Peanut Butter Sandwiches with Srawberry Jelly. Strawberry pieces however, YUCK with a capitial YUC! YUCk!
ReplyDeleteWell, i have eaten the Strawberried Peanut Butter M&Ms and they are great. I have yet to offer one to someone and have them not like it. You are judging this item based on its outer package, sounds racist.
ReplyDeleteThe candy has a strawberry flavored shell, a candy shell, followed by a layer of chocolate, and peanut butter in the center. Think of a PB&J sandwich, then add some chocolate.

ReplyDeleteI just bought some at the local Kmart, and seriously, they are gross. I love strawberries. I love peanut butter. I love M&M's. Yet, this combination is disappointing. My boyfriend and I both thought they were too gross to finish, and we are throwing the rest away. They basically taste like peanut butter M&M's, except with a chemically strawberry after taste. Sorry, not good.
ReplyDeleteI PICKED UP A BOX AT SAM'S CLUB AND I THOUGHT THEY LOOKED AWFUL BUT WAS VERY CURIOUS SO, I BOUGHT THEM. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!
ReplyDeleteDid anyone catch the Wild Cherry M&M's about a year ago? I thought how anything screw up an M&M, but these... I couldn't get anyone to ask for more. They were incredibly sweet & tart and the same. I thought at least a little boy who lives on sour gummy worms would, but he almost cried. Loved the Snickers Indiana Jones Promo, couldn't get enough of those. Looking forward to see what these are about.

They sound good, as though they'd be like a peanut butter and jam sandwich. I can't find them here, so maybe we don't have them in Canada. All I saw were Transformers regular and peanut at Walmart.

idk wtf is wrong with people these days! You judge something simply because you of "what you know about it" Instead of thinking about it being an m&m think about the flavors pb, chocolate & strawberries... sounds kinda like a sandwich some crazy witch must have invented!!! Or better yet venture out of the box and try something new b4 you judge it. It's candy dude.
