Apparently Warner has asked for a decision on the future of their (or Fox's) movie. The reason? Warner wants to know if they should bother putting money into advertising the film. Obviously they don't want to pay to advertise a film that they won't be able to put out. Court papers say that Warner's stake in this is $150,000,000. For that kind of money, I don't blame them.
Originally a decision was to come by January 20th, but now we might have a decision earlier than that.[io9]
