A federal judge has allowed Bernard Madoff to remain free on bail at his Manhattan Penthouse despite the fact that he transferred $1 Million in jewelry to his relatives which violates his release on bail.I guess the judge felt there was no threat of Madoff fleeing the country. I'm pretty sure that huge crowd of reporters and TV cameras outside his apartment will make sure he doesn't make it to the airport.
